You are reading the privacy statement of Wellco. This applies to all operational companies that are part of Wellco: Wellco Holding BV, Wellco Seating BV and Wellco International BV.
Wellco develops, manufactures and sells sitting furniture for people with special wishes and needs regarding being able to sit well under the brand name Fitform. Fitform-chairs are supplied to users through specialized furniture shops and care shops that sell technical rehabilitation aids.

Purpose of personal data collection
Answering your questions and inquiries
Your personal data will be collected when you contact Wellco through a form on the website. The data that we ask you on the form that you fill out, will be captured and stored. This can f.i. be your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, the questions that you ask us and or the brochures that you require. Sending newsletters
Wellco uses e-mail to send newsletters. These newsletters are both commercial and based on the sharing of knowledge. Your first name, last name and e-mail address will be collected through the forms on the website fitform-chair.com. We always ask you orally or in writing if you wish to sign up for our newsletter. At every newsletter that we send you can unsubscribe and then you will no longer receive newsletters from us, until you would subscribe again.
Warranty & service
When you contact us directly regarding warranty & service we connect your personal data to the specific chair that you have in use in order to be able to answer your warranty questions as well as possible.
Analytics
Our website gathers information the improve the website and it’s performance. This is done by Google Analytics. This is for instance how long people visit our website and how many pages they visit. These data are anonymous and therefore not connected to your personal data..
Both platforms also use cookies for this purpose.
The online platform Hubspot also holds track of website analyses for Wellco, both for unknown and anonymous as know website users. Only when you have identified yourself by filling out a form, these data will be connected to your personal data and can be used by us for personalized e-mails to help you further with your inquiry.
Use of personal data
All data that we collect will only be used for the purpose that they are gathered and only shared with parties when it is necessary to reach this goal. Purpose = interest: for instance with a distributor of our products in your neighboorhood that can assist you in the purpose of achair. Purpose = after sales: for instance the distributor where you have purchased a Fitform chair or a party that repairs your Fitform-chair in our assignment during warranty.
Your data can also be used by us for conducting a customer satisfaction survey.
We will never use your personal data for any other purpose, unless we receive your express consent.

Here we store your personal data together with the configuration of your chair when you are a Fitform chairowner.
Laposta
Some of our newsletters are being send with Laposta. When you sign up for our newsletter, your name and e-mail adres are stored in the lists in Laposta.
Microsoft
All our e-mail is hosted by Microsoft. When you contact us by mail, these e-mails are stored at the servers of Microsoft.
Host website
This website is hosted by Foriety Ltd, 10 Michel Road WS10 8NR Wednesbury United Kingdom.
Hubspot
We use online platform Hubspot for Customer Relationship Management, sending newsletters and marketing automation. Your personal data will be gathered when you identify yourself and used to personalize our communication to you.
Storage period
Your personal data will be stored by Wellco for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary for the purpose that you gave them to us, unless we need to hold them longer because of legal regulations.
Storage periode newsletters
This storage is indefinitely. You can unsubscribe whenever you want through the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to info@wellco.nl.
Brochure or contact request
At the moment that you contact us by e-mail for this purpose, your data is stored at our mailserver indefinitely. In case you inquire about our products or services your personal data and interest are also stored in Hubspot for an adequate lead follow-up. This is maximized for 1 year.
Warranty & Service
The personal data that is connected to the Fitform-chair for the purpose of warranty is stored indefinitely. The reason is that you may wish to contact us for repairs after the warranty periode when the chair is still in your use.
Analytics
The data that Google Analytics collects are anonymous and therefore not connect to your personal data. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
Your safety
Your personal data has no physical copies and can be stored on a server or in the Cloud of the systems and platforms named above. Your visit to our website is secured by a SSL certificate. This means that your connection to our website is private. U can recognize this security by a little green lock before the URL.
Your rights
Right of access
You are entitled to ask us about the personal data that we have stored at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@wellco.nl or by contacting us by phone. When requested we will inform you in data about the data that we have stored.
Right to rectification
Are your personal data incorrect? Have they changed? You have the right to rectify them by Wellco. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@wellco.nl or by contacting us by phone.
Right to erasure of data
Do you no longer wish to have your data stored at Wellco. Then you can have Wellco remove all your personal data at first request. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@wellco.nl or by contacting us by phone.
Right to submit a complaint

Right to stop specific use of your personal data (objection)
Would you like to object to Wellco using your personal data for customer satisfaction surveys? In that case you can object to this by sending an e-mail to info@wellco.nl. Please identify yourself in this case with a copy of your ID, where the picture and personal numbers are made illegible.
Duties
Wellco processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest and, in the case of product responsibility, an interest with regard to warranty and/or liability. Your data will never be sold by Wellco to third parties. The data that are required are the data that are necessary to execute this adequately.
